The Alfesta 2025 Program is bursting with activities, but we have also allowed enough free-time for you to relax or check out other things to do and see in the area.
If you have attended Alfesta before, you probably know the way to get the most fun out of what's on offer.
If this is your first Alfesta, the best advice is to throw yourself into things with as much gusto as you can. You are amongst fellow Alfisti who share your passion for this Marque as well as a love of life itself.
Day Zero (Arrival Day) - Thursday, 3 April 2025
- Afternoon and Evening - Arrival and registration: Time to check-in and collect your Alfesta name tags and goodies bag.
- Evening - Informal welcome supper (optional and extra cost) In the lower level of the Adelaide Hills convention Centre.
Day 1 - Friday, 4 April 2025
- Early - Buffet breakfast and daily briefing in the lower level of the Adelaide Hills Convention Centre (AHCC)
- Morning -Walking Quiz of Hahndorf.
- Lunch - at a local cafe
- Afternoon - Free time. Explore the Adelaide Hills or prepare your car for the Show and Shine.
- Evening - Mexican-themed dinner and dress up in the lower level of the AHCC.
Day 2 - Saturday, 5 April 2025
- Early - Buffet breakfast and daily briefing.
- Morning – Show & Shine at the National Motor Museum in Birdwood.
- Lunch – To be advised.
- Afternoon - Free time.
- Evening - Dinner at the German Arms Hotel in Hahndorf.
Day 3 - Sunday, 6 April 2025
- Early - Buffet breakfast and daily briefing.
- Morning – The Ray Sharp Memorial Observation Run.
- Lunch – To be advised
- Afternoon - Free time
- Evening – Gala Dinner in the upper level of the AHCC.
Day 4 - Monday, 7 April 2025
- Early - Buffet breakfast.
- Morning – Farewell!
